RENEE GWYTHER, MBA
Investment Adviser Representative
Financial Network

After graduating from Texas Christian University with a BA degree and spending several years working in Texas, I returned home to New Mexico in 2002 working for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative. Pfizer honored me as Rookie of the Year for the Southwest Region in 2002 and as a Circle of Excellence award-winner for outstanding achievements in 2003. I earned an MBA from the University of New Mexico in May 2006. During my studies I realized that a career in the financial services industry met my desire to enter a challenging, exciting and rewarding field. This field has also allowed me the opportunity to build long-lasting client relationships.

Financial Network is one of the largest independently managed broker-dealers in the nation. I chose to join this organization after witnessing my mother start a financial consulting business with Financial Network in 1988 and develop it into the thriving practice it continues to be today. She serves as my mentor, sounding board and experienced voice, while Financial Network provides me all the necessary tools to excel in this career. I value the vast array of avenues and investment choices made available to my clients through Financial Network. I feel confident that this arrangement provides the greatest opportunity to find the right solution tailored to each individual client. Together, we make a great team!

Outside of my career, I love spending time with my husband, Brad, enjoying the outdoor playground that is New Mexico. Whether it is skiing, mountain biking or jogging with our dog, we appreciate the near year round sunny weather and take advantage of it whenever possible…unless college football is in full swing and we’re cheering for our alma maters! Involvement in the community plays a vital role in my spare time. I volunteer for the Sandoval County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) organization, where I provide a voice for abused and neglected children as their cases move through the court of law. I also enjoy working with Junior Achievement of New Mexico, teaching basic business principles to high school youth. I look forward to involving myself more within the greater Albuquerque community in the future.
